CW MIDWEST MARKETPLACE FAQs

    1.  When is the 2018 Circle Wisconsin Midwest Marketplace?  The 2018 event will take place April 8 – 10, 2018 at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, WI.
    2. Who attends the Marketplace?  Tour Operators/Planners from throughout the US and Canada who are looking to expand their Midwestern tour offerings will meet in pre-scheduled six minutes appointments with Tour Suppliers (DMOs, Attractions, Casinos, Hotels, Restaurants, Theaters and more) from the Midwest States – Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinios, Indiana, and North & South Dakota.
    3. How many delegates are attending the Marketplace?  Historically, over 100+ suppliers will have the opportunity to meet with over 30 tour operators/planners.
    4. What attire is appropriate for the Marketplace?  During the day  – Business Casual    Evening Events – Casual to Business Casual.  Be comfortable.
    5. How do we become a sponsor/advertiser?  Contact Wendy at Circle Wisconsin for sponsorship opportunities   wendy@circlewisconsin.com
    6. How are appointments scheduled?  A few days prior to Marketplace the appointment schedules are generated by our computer/staff and are chosen randomly.
    7. Will I get my appointment schedule in advance?  No, appointment schedules will be distributed upon registration on Sunday, April 8th at the Grand Genvea Resort.
    8. What is the schedule for the Marketplace?  A tentative schedule is available at http://midwestmarketplace.org/index.php/schedule-of-events/  A final schedule will be included with your packet upon registering.  Please plan on arriving to the Grand Geneva Resort by 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 8th.  If not participating in the Sunday evening activities, please register by 8:00 am on Monday, April 9th at the Grand Geneva Resort.
    9. How do I make a change to my registration and provide dietary restrictions?  Contact Kerry at kerry@circlewisconsin.com with any changes and any dietary restrictions.
    10. Will a delegate list be available prior to the beginning of the Marketplace?  No, a complete list of all registered delegates will be included with you appointment schedules, which you will receive upon arrival.
    11. What should I bring for my appointments?  Suppliers are allowed to distribute a single profile sheet and business card at their appointments with the tour operator/planner.  Tour Operator/Planners will be provided with a 3-ring binder to store all profile sheets that they receive during their appointments.
    12. How do I register for the 2019 Circle Wisconsin Midwest Marketplace?  Registration historically opens the first week of September.  It is recommended to register as soon as possible to avoid missing out.   An email invitation will be sent with the weblink and date.
    13. When and where is the 2019 Circle Wisconsin Midwest Marketplace?  To be announced in the coming weeks.
